Vidhya: I am a person who loves to cook - and to experiment. I bring a twist of my own in each of the recipes I follow - it may be that I have followed one of your recipes, but added my own special ingredient to give it my personal touch. Often, it so happens that I forget what I did on a particular recipe that gave it that unique taste, when I try it the next time. This blog is to be an online reference to me and to those of you who love cooking and experimenting. Enjoy my GoodEats!
